Hello Leopold Families!
Thank you so much for all of your support and participation last week. We had huge numbers of kids and staff participate in Spirit Week, amazing parent support for our staff during our Staff Appreciation Luncheon, and a record turnout at the 9th Annual Timber Wolf Trample! You can view pictures from all of these events on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/LeopoldPFO No MAY Family PFO Meeting There will be NO Family PFO meeting in May. We are done with meetings for this school year, but if you have any questions, suggestions, etc. please don't hesitate to contact anyone on the PFO board. Spirit Wear Order Deadline Extended The Leopold Student Council is selling Spirit Wear! Orders must be placed by this Friday, May 16. Visit this website: http://www.logowareonline.com/apparel/leopold2014 to view and order. 15% of orders go to the student council. Box Tops Box Tops are due this Friday, May 16. Remember, the winning class for each round gets a class party, so send the box tops in with your students and make sure to label them with their teacher's name so their class gets credit! PFO Volunteers As the year comes to an end, the PFO continues to assemble a group of volunteer leaders for next year. If you are interested in a particular event or activity, have any ideas or input to share, or would like to know more about anything the PFO does, please let me know. Any parents, guardian or staff member is welcome to be part of the Leopold PFO. 5th Grade Graduation Picnic Volunteer forms for the 5th grade field trip picnic were recently sent home with students and need to be returned to the 5th grade teachers by May 23rd. So far there has been little response; if we do not have enough volunteers then the picnic will be canceled and students will all need to bring their own lunch to the park.
